Pole Studio Manager Has Been Redesigned and Relaunched

We just finished a full redesign and relaunch of Pole Studio Manager, our studio software for the pole, aerial, and circus world.

The redesigned Pole Studio Manager homepage

We just finished a full redesign and relaunch of Pole Studio Manager. If you haven't looked at the site in a while, it looks completely different now — and the product has grown up quite a bit along with it.

Pole Studio Manager is our studio software for the vertical world, the sister product to Dance Studio Manager. It runs the business side of your studio: class schedules, online booking, memberships, payments, and signed waivers, all in one place.

The thing is, generic gym software doesn't fit these studios. A class is full when the poles or rigging points are — capacity is counted in apparatus, not just headcount. And progression is a safety issue. Nobody should be booking an inverts class before they can climb, so the software holds those level rules right at the moment of booking.

So the new site is built around the four kinds of businesses it's really for. First, pole studios — pole fitness, exotic and heels, pole sport, plus parties and teacher training, all organized by level.

Then aerial arts — silks, lyra, trapeze, straps and hammock, scheduled around your rigging points and safety rules.

Circus schools too — youth and adult programs, terms and camps, acro, juggling, and pre-professional tracks. And flex and fitness studios, the flexibility, Pilates, aerial yoga, heels and conditioning classes that a lot of places offer right alongside their pole or aerial programs.

There's also a good section on the ways these studios actually make money beyond the weekly class list — bachelorette parties, guest workshops, teacher trainings, privates, open practice, retail like grip aids and gift cards. It all lives in the same system as the classes instead of in another app and another spreadsheet.

It's still the same deal we've always offered: $80 a month for your first location, $40 for each additional one, no contract, unlimited students and classes. And there's a free 30-day demo that doesn't ask for a credit card.

If you run one of these studios — or you're thinking about opening one — go take a look at the new site and take the demo for a spin. Literally.
