Back in 2021 when I was having sleep problems during Covid, I made a series of drawings, including the below Harry Potter characters: Harry Potter, Hermione Granger. Dumbledore and Hagrid. In the Harry Potter drawing you can see I wrote Chinese, and this is simply Harry Potter in Chinese 哈利波特. And speaking of Chinese, I read both the English version and the Chinese version of Harry Potter, the Philosopher’s Stone in the 2021, plus the English version of the next two books. I think the combination of drawing and reading were really helpful in curing my insomnia. I think part of being able to sleep well is having a good imagination, and allowing your mind to wander.
