I don’t always post about software projects that I am involved in, but this one is interesting, because it is the first app our company created for a customer who does not speak English! This is a shopping app where people can purchase products, and earn credit as they participate and refer other people to the app. And it is now available in the Google Play Store. Starting out they have some health related products, but as I understand they will be expanding their product offering in the months ahead.
It is exciting working on this project since I get to use the Chinese I have been studying for the last 10 years to communicate with the customer and then create a site in English for him. He already has a large social network in LA and Orange County to help him get the project off to a great start, and some interesting plans to grow the company quickly!
