US FlagA special comment about something going around Facebook right now about the Pledge of Allegiance. First, lets see the words:

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stance for one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Powerful words like "liberty", "indivisible", and "united". These words make us strong. There is some room for interpretation, and it was purposely written that way. What is a "Republic"? What is "Justice"? There is a purposeful ambiguity that allows for interpretation, yet strength through acceptance and unity. But when people use this pledge as a tool to divide (whether they be left or right politically), they are only trampling on the original message promoting a "united" America that is "indivisible".
